    I have a billpay contract and samsung galaxy phone. I called to a shop to discuss usage in the USA - they said to contact you to get phone unlocked so I can use a local sim card. But I have been unable to contact eir to get this ( 40mins wait on phone, webchat not working) and I'm leaving early on Wednesday.

    How can I get this sorted asap?

    Could you PM the following details?
    1. Your mobile number, 
    2. Account number, 
    3. Full name, 
    4. Full address, 
    6. DOB, 
    7. Make and Model of your phone and the IMEI. 

    As soon as I get this information I can check if the unlocking code is available.
