Recording Real Audio Web Streams

Anyone know of a free program that records streams either archived or live online? I have seen a few shareware versions and not sure if they are any good. Anyone help? Thanks.

Looked into this a few months back I couldn't find any free apps for recording stuff from streaming media.

Its a real cheapo option but start up realplayer play the audio and open sound recorder, should work

Try Offline Explorer Pro, it's shareware but it works really well.
