    My new bill has arrived, and for some reason Eir are looking for €272.97, when it should be €39.99.
    Can you please tell me what’s going on here? I don’t have an hour to wait on your CS number waiting for someone to answer.

    Any idea of a response? If not I'm going to have my Visa card removed so you can't take payment. I'm not going through the usual months to get a problem resolved.

    Details went through to Eir reps the other day. Turns out I'm being charged for early termination despite being out of contract on 5th November and giving 30 days notice before changing.
