Iain Dowie, he was caught in the tackle nothing to do with the advert board

He's not saying anything particularly stupid. It's just ****ing relentless. I've had to mute the ****ing thing before i got an aneurysm.

Iain Dowie is a complete pr1ck. "He goes a little bit over the ball but no intent and should possibly have been a foul" is how he described the tackle on Moreno.

    FFS!!!

Burnley not shy about the heavy tackles so far. Hope Gomez injury isn't serious.

Both home red and away purple clash
They'd be better than what's out there.
I really don't see the purple clash.

Ah the old 'no intent', brother to 'no malice in it' of house argument

Hopefully one of our lads jabs Bardsley a nasty one in the guts. He's a piece of work.

Did I just see Virgil letting rip at Alberto?

    That makes me happy... :)

Wet slippy pitch and Burnley flying into tackles. Will be fortunate to get away with just one injury.

In fairness if Gomez is injured it's not the defenders fault, it was a clean tackle but both players momentum resulted in a tangle which may have resulted in a bit of a freak injury.

Looks like the right ankle but more than a bad sprain as he didn't even try and put weight on it.

Hope it turns out to be nothing too serious, we really need him over the next few weeks.

Nearly every tackle is two footed off the ground, bully boy tactics. Against matip and moreno ,sturridge ... Loosing already there

I meant more the shoving and leaving the boot in on Moreno. Gomez one was just accidentally.

"Well what a time this would be to score!"

the 35th minute... about as innocuous a time as there is...
