He has the press conferences down to a fine art already.

Seems an odd question anyway, they've scored 37 in 14 games and their striker has got 9 of them (less than 25%), doesn't scream overly reliant just looking at the numbers. Salah had close to 40% of our goals in the PL last year!

Fair play to Marco Silva for backing klopps celebration, and showing the likes of Savage and Mills what fckin mugs they really are.

Can remember watching that 3-1 defeat to the Mancs in '15 in the pub, not long before Brendan being sacked, and saying to my mate that I can't leave the pub before it's done on principle but as soon as the whistle goes I'm gone and then stormed out when it finally finished. Don't care about how bad the game is, or if we're winning 10-0 or the traffic after a match will be insane - the team leave the pitch first.

Always find it funny that some locals will give out about day trippers yet they’re the ones who will stay til the end no matter how the game is going as they want to make the most of it and aren’t bothered about traffic.

Mills intimated if Klopp had tried it when he was on the pitch he would have physically assaulted him because that's the lesser of two evils in his world.

2 goals in injury time to beat United to the title.
    That will not be beat.

Yeah I think that's check mate alright.

Have a feeling we will drop points somewhere this week. Just had two very tough games, two away games coming up this week, a few sore bodies and squad rotation a necessity with Napoli and United next week. If we have 6 points from this week's fixtures on Saturday afternoon I'll be delighted.

Denis Law, Owen & Nedved voted for TAA for the Kopa Trophy.

Man City away at Watford is one of those "maybe, just maybe" games where the likelihood of them dropping points is just that bit higher than normal . A freezing cold Tuesday night away at a mid-table team who can do some damage when they're in the mood-yiz never know. (Cue 0-5)

No Sterling or Aguero for City but you still look at their starting 11 and just see plenty of goalscorers to get them the win. It's said all the time but those attacking options are ridiculous.

Honestly we are unbeaten at home for about a season and a half now and Everton were the first team I thought should of beat us. Best Everton side I watched in a long time. Showed us no respect unlike the cowardly approach of the last few managers.

They were better than any side for the last few years, even going back to Moyes's teams I think. They were still second best on the day even if they were better.

Draw probably would have been 'fair' alright.

Yeah, I don't buy that. We had 58% possession, 16 shots against 9, both teams had 3 on target of which only one on each side should have been a goal that produced good saves from the goalkeepers.

We had 3 chances where Mane (twice) and Shaqiri were one on one with the keeper and Mane missed twice and the other was saved. Origi hit the woodwork as well. Their other chance was the header by Mina (I think) where he was open, but he was offside. I had a look again and it seems offside to me, no matter what Carragher seems to think. You can pause it at 2:16 to see.

So yeah, Everton were better but looking back just because they were more of a threat going forward doesn't mean they would have deserved a draw. If it was a draw we would have been unlucky with the chances we had.

Just on that offside, the past two matches there was tight calls but the TV never really focused on it. Does anyone else think there is a directive from the Premier League not to focus on it because there is no VAR? Last season they would have the lines out and the shaded areas, now you have a quick comment and not even two replays.

They should be 3/4 up a class side would be a travesty if that side didn’t win the league albeit a glorious travesty 😂😂

    Had to turn it off.

Couldn't bare to listen to Robbie Savage masturbating to Manchester City anymore

I've accepted Liverpool aren't good enough to keep pace with City and there is absolutely no shame in that. This City squad are the best I've seen since I've been watching the Premiership. In most seasons gone by we'd be in with a fair shout of winning the league with the current squad.

We are keeping pace with City, they are obviously big favourites due to the money they have spent on quality players but as long as we stay within touching distance anything can happen.

It's December 4. City are blitzing Watford whilst missing their three best players. Imagine us without Alisson, Van Dijk and Salah? That's the difference when it comes to winning leagues.

True but ya get the feeling there where they are in a canter while it’s been a slight struggle for us and we have had a lot of luck

It's amazing what a £1.4 billion or so can do for a team. Add in some financial cheating on where you income actually comes from and then you have a team that seems unstoppable.

I would say though that one good thing it is good to see Pep doing his work in England and ruling the roost. There was way too much sneering at his record in Spain and especially in Germany and what he achieved so far. Yes he has had money to spend, but so has Mourinho. His team is scarily good, yet we are there right behind them.

Wasn't expecting city to drop points tonight,Watford are on a poor run lately

Don’t think too many would’ve expected it, more of an outside possibility. I wouldn’t be expecting them to drop points at the weekend either.

I think the annoying thing from our position is how many teams are beaten before they even step onto the pitch. Watford were well up for it against us but tonight just want to take their beating and get onto the next game.

All we can do is focus on our own games. From the sounds of it everyone is handing City the league now.
