Great to get the win in the end and delighted for Origi but please can we go back to Bobby playing up top and salah off the wing!

In work today and still laughing/smiling about yesterday's win.

Heard two people already complaining about Klopp's pitch run just to add to the pleasure!

Nice walking in after grabbing 3 points and not having to listen a fellow colleague talk about football. He is an angry/devestated/deluded Spurs fan.
I didnt see the game but obviously going by the reactions of everybody, it shows how much it meant. keeping up with City is a priority and any points dropped is music to their ears. Well done for finishing the game out !

If you can’t enjoy a bogey last second winner in injury time, you may as well give up.

    It was glorious

Moreover, it was fully deserved. Everton had a couple of good chances, but we had far more clean looks, far more play, far more drive to win the game.

    Win and advance.

Still buzzing of yesterdays win, what a way to do it!!

Was impressed with Everton though, they have the makings of quite a strong team there. They defended well, looked pretty strong in midfield and Walcott and Richi caused us plenty of problems at the back.
And they are coming off a good run of results(better than ours I believe), so quite happy to have gotten the three points yesterday. That was not the Everton of old that we beat, they are definitely much improved.

On a day where a spurs fan threw a banana at a black arsenal player the most disgusting thing to happen was an over enthuiastic German running onto a pitch to celebrate a 96 minute winner in a derby.

Take about faux outrage and people having their priorites wrong.

"I have to apologise because I didn't want to be disrespectful - but I couldn't stop myself. It just happened," said the German.

Danny Mills was outraged apparently, which makes it even better.

Did Southampton sack Hughes because he couldn't beat United?

    Sad, so sad

Just on the PL season so far, it must be very disappointing for City that they are playing unbelievable football, blowing teams away and getting so much praise and yet they can't shake off a Liverpool team who are playing poorly, with a manager who can't organise a defence, with an error prone goalkeeper and with the three up front all misfiring.

    Bit mad isn't it.

City where anything but outstanding v Bournemouth ,

In fact at 2-1 the ref cheated Bournemouth out of a peno ,
There is no if's or buts about it he seen it was about 4 feet away looking straight at it and bottled it,

its crazy that nothing happens to the ref, should 100% be questioned over why he didn't give it, If he didn't think its a peno he should never ref again, if he didn't see it from where he was he should never ref again, Its obviously he was afraid to give it against a big team,

Surprised at timing of Hughes sacking but it was an uninspired appointment by Southampton.

    He's an awful manager.

Yeah looking at his record he was sacked by City, QPR, Stoke and possibly Blackburn. Resigned from Fulham as they weren't big enough for him. Could be a vacancy at one of his former clubs shortly.

Would be a tad harsh to sack Guardiola on current form, but I can see why if Hughes is available.

They arrested the banana skin, surely he's innocent in all this

Danny Mills? Hahaha. Ah stop. "An arrestable offence", he's saying.

    :D

I have to say, knowing how much it has annoyed people is gradually elevating this celebration to up there with Suarez diving in front of Moyes.

That has to be a new low for the club.

Drawing with United is now a sackable offence.

Liverpool have scored more goals after the 90th minute than any other team has scored against any other PL team. Yet the one I remember is Phil Jagyelka's equaliser. It's the ones that hurt the most you remember, well and Gary McCallisters.

Don't forget Mane at Goodison a few years back too. Origi just added a new verse to Merry Christmas Everton.

In recent years we have had 4 after the 90th minute ,with origin being the latest at 96 mark

    Gary Mc,
    Kuyt
    Mane
    Origig

I remember Suarez scored an injury time winner at goodison to bring it to 2-3 but it was incorrectly ruled offside.

At first glance, I just thought they were trying to make him slip. I mean, they went to the bother of eating the banana I'm presuming?

Any word as to why lovren wasn't even on the bench yesterday?
Can't seem to find anything on it. I think klopp really needs to stick with gomez and vvd and the back for the rest of the season, you can rotate other positions on the pitch but I really think your centre back partnership needs to stay put. I appreciate its probably more to do with trent being so young playing constantly but I think he should just swap him out for someone else other than gomez, wonder will we ever see fabinho fill in at right back?
