Boards landing pages not working with Ubuntu Linux?

When I log into boards using Ubuntu 18.10 using Firefox or Chrome, the Latest posts page and others never display. In Firefox I can see in the status bar that the browser is trying to "Read pool.journalmedia.ie". Is it a problem with cloudflare or something?
