Rumours of my ban have been greatly exaggerated! It was 1 day Mam not 1 week. Yes it was buttered chicken for dinner but I must confess I fcuked up the rice. And lastly, everyone empty their bins so we can all get up in each other's inboxes.

Ingredients

6 tablespoons butter
2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into 1″ chunks
1 yellow onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp masala spice blend
1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
2 cups cream
salt & pepper
lime & corriander, for garnish
naan & rice for serving

Instructions

Wait for IBC to get home and get her to make it.
