Fibre not working

    I have fibre and it's not connecting.

    Any ideas why it's down.?

    Should have said. It's FTTH.

    Can't get onto the admin panel.

    If you only have a phone you should be able to get to the admin panel on mobile phone browser, disable mobile data, make sure you are connected to WIFI and open 192.168.1.254 in the browser. 

    Edit: a tablet will work too.

    I've been on chat. They need to get an engineer out.

    Really not impressed.
    Only active 2 weeks and I've not been using it much so don't only when it went down.
