I guess the truth must have hurt, or else Hayes made them do it in order to prove their 'loyalty' to him :D

Also saw John Clarke having a pop at someone on FB a while back, so could have been circling the wagons down Castleforbes way !!

No it wasn't the main man, it was Miller, got really snippy cos I'd won a few prizes off Nova and had the nerve to slag them off for becoming just A N Other radio bland station.

Said if I didn't like it, maybe I should switch off, which is just what I've done for the most.

ah well that does not surprise me either, not a fan of his presenting style and he does get snippy a lot. Dee did well to keep him in check when they presented together and that was the only time I could listen to him. I thought at the time when he started doing the morning show that they couldn't possibly pick anyone worse to present it, well how wrong was I.

But a "rock" station that has Duran Duran and The Eurthymics as part of their staple play lists..........................I'm out.

I'm out too.. its just gone really bad.

He was a decent jock back in the day perhaps - but this happy , clappy shouting from the other room, funny voices style of presenting made me switch off.

    Brilliant cheers for that.

Only thing is it clashes with the Best of Colm and Lucy...

It's a case of, if the new guy doesn't like you, you're out....it's a real station for bullies...

I'm afraid so, Max. Not even the weekends are safe anymore. They used to post a link onto their Facebook page each week so you could listen back if you missed it. But they were getting inundated with negative comments each and every time they posted the link for each respective week. I don't think they even bother posting the link anymore.

Yep, sums up my opinion of her too. Why can't dj's just play music and have factual links rather than the sh1te they come out with.
As the saying goes 'if you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all

Probably because her music knowledge is limited to non-existent.

Well looking at the drivel they post on facebook they obviously have paid peanuts and gotten monkeys to look after their marketing/social media

We can only wish they had creatures as intelligent as monkeys in charge of anything at the station.
