I don't want to waste another second of my life trying fix a faulty connection after installation that nobody cares to  even look into. 300. Yes, 300 is the total number of minutes I have tried to contact this joke for service in the past 4 days. That's a lot of time, you really need  to be ashamed. Oh my god, I have never dealt with a company as worst as you are.  Cancel my damn contract before the cooling off period before you rip me off

    Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear this and apologise for the inconvenience. In order to cancel the service I would recommend contacting our customer care team on 1901.

    Thanks,
    Sarah

I did, after holding the call for a long time they hung up on me. It happened twice, at this point what do you want me to do?

I did, after holding the call for a long time they hung up on me. It happened twice, at this point what do you want me to do? I specifically instructed both the operators to cancel my service, the second person even read something that I need to legally hear but no, again she hung up one me just like that. I mean how is it possible to struggle with simple tasks being such a huge company in Ireland?

See this thread on how to get to talk to somebody:

    https://www.boards.ie/ttfthread/2057924065

    1. Go the Comreg site and click on "Queries & Complaints". https://www.comreg.ie/queries-complaints.
    2. Click on got a question. There's an option there to start a WebChat, but this wasn't working on Friday, so I just filled in the on-line form and laid out the facts, as I saw them.
    3. When that was done, I then went to the eir Complaints page - https://www.eir.ie/complaints, clicked on "Log a Complaint" tab and clicked on the option to send an email.
