Hi, So the site is saying my mothers EirCode is eligible for the FTTH but when I put her phone number in it's saying it's not available. What do I need to do? Thanks for your time, Gary

Hi there,

It means that it may be available in her location but not on the line running into her property. If you contact our sales team on 1800 503 303 the can double check this and advise you further.
