i.e. a website that anyone can search to find out how much an N.I. house was sold for ?

Was using Zoopla couple of days ago to see what price my daughters neighbours house went for... helps with insurance quotes.

I cant seem to get any of the sites that the search brings up to provide data on NI houses.

I did find a 3 year old page :

Which I take to mean that as of 3 years ago the data was not available to the public.

I wonder if anything has changed since ?
