Ennio Morricone playing the 3Arena in February.

This despite his last tour being billed as the final chance to see him! Ah artists...

It's fair to say that the photo of Ennio is more honest a representation of his current state than the photo of Morten

Only got into these in the last couple of weeks on the recommendation of someone who was at the Button Factory gig.

What are the chances of this being a sell out?

They are using the album cover for Hunting High and Low to promote the tour. They will be playing that album in full on this tour.

I know she played Longitude and Electric Picnic too but played Academy not so long ago. Must be expecting big things from her!

    Foo Fighters - RDS

    Date? Source?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 222 ✭✭Arruabarrena

Don't have a date. All I was told is it's the last of the RDS gigs to be confirmed.

Is it a reliable source? This would be amazing

Bon Iver touring next summer. Hopefully a good omen for a September gig in Cork in Sounds from a Safe Harbour festival.
definite front-runner for All Together Now headliner I'd say.

Think they played Forbidden Fruit as well as Sounds from a Safe Harbour in 2017. Not sure they'd do ATN and SFASH as they're fairly close together but you never know!

I was surprised they didn't do Metropolis as they seem to have a relationship with POD, and were in Paris for Pitchfork festival around then.
I'd say they'd be very likely for FF if they hadn't played in 2017, as they're in Denmark a few days after it next June.

speaking of SFASH, The National are back in Europe next summer, don't know if they'd do another standalone/festival gig though other than SFASH:

This would be unreal. Been wanting a chance to see the Foos after missing them at slane the last time they were here.

Are foo fighters not going on hiatus next year ???

Saw them in Manchester in June for the first time and loved it

Id consider going to see them here but have so many shows next summer around the same time frame. Metallica, Bon Jovi and Eagles

No surprise they played outdoors in Belfast last summer with Biffy Clyro as support dunno if it even sold out.

They've literally played here every album cycle far from an act that's been avoiding us. Expect them back when they take Simulation Theory indoors.
