How the hell are Napoli 1 down

    They are all over Roma

Even enough. Roma could easy be two up. Insigne is one of those who looks amazing one week but the next it is all away from target

He blows very hot and cold at times

It's surprised me to find he's 27 yrs old and still plays inconsistently. You expect that from a young player but Insigne doesn't have that excuse anymore

Huge win for Frosinone yesterday, first of the season.
Was thoroughly impressed by their willingness to put it all on the line and ability to play.

Must be the best i've seen Inter play for a long time, they've destroyed Lazio tonight

Iccardi is the best number 9 in the business. Only needs a sniff.

I think Inter will be lucky to hold onto him come the summer. Can see Real spending their way out of trouble and Icardi being on their list

Icardi is lethal right now. Must be a top 5 striker on current form.

Have a feeling Sarri will make him his top target next summer. Chelsea need a quality number nine.

And many Inter fans will still be glad to see the back of him

Did he sleep with their missus's too?

Possibly. I haven't documented his nightly whereabouts

Milan now up to 4th after this bizarre effort

Yes it's just bizarre and not deserved at all.

Cannot see them getting CL football for next season at all

Lovely strike from Suso. That's 4 goals, 7 assists in 10 games for him now. He's been immense for Milan of late. Having said that, I was disappointed by his showing against Betis in the Europa League. I want to see him step up more in those kind of big games. Milan face Betis again, Juve and Lazio in November so keen to see how he fares in those matches.

Napoli beat Empoli 5-1 Friday night with Mertens scoring a hat-trick. This goal was the best of the lot:

Their match with PSG is shaping up very nicely.

Looks like Inter are starting to really get their stuff together now. Maybe they will Juve's main competitor this season

Don't think so. Both Milan's go through patches of 6 or 7 games where they nearly win them all, and then go through a patch where they won't win in 5. This Inter team don't have what it takes

Joao Mario looked impressive for Inter.

That was a dramatic finale for Milan's win over Udinese. Suso looked good again. 4 goals, 8 assists now in 11 games.

Elsewhere, Giaccherini's O.G. vs Sassuolo was hilarious.

Good to see match-fixing is alive and well in Serie A after seeing Udinese and Milan.
A red card that never was, a bag of added time and a clearly onside goal being flagged off so that the ref could use VAR and turn hero.

Game abandoned here in Genoa at the moment. Pouring rain. Genoa a goal up but Napoli have been battering them.

    No idea what happens now

Yeah left the local “Irish bar”” once it was abandoned. Note they didn’t have a notion of English or about any rugby game or they Dortmund/Bayern game.

Tomorrow night is going to be ridiculous though :)

Ya the water on the pitch has ruined the game tbh

The players can't barely put a pass together

Bad day for Inter in Bergamo. 4-1 defeat & Brozovic walked. Milan play Juve earlier with Cutrone & Higuain facing fitness tests to play.
At least Napoli scraped a late win last night.

Atalanta could have scored a lot more too, but for a few wasted chances and a lot of great work from Handanovic they could have easily doubled that, worst Inter performance of the season by far.

From looking at the highlights Inter would have been beaten by 6 or 7 had it not been for Handanovic.

Bad day at the office for Higuain against his old side. Misses the penalty and later gets a red card.

Lovely goal from El Shaaraway for Roma against Sampdoria:

Thought Defrel's consolation was great too.
