Thread Bolt Reducer Adapter

Hi Guys, I'm looking for a place in Dublin that sells thread reducers/adapters...does anyone know a hardware store that stocks stuff like this? ....I've tried so many hardware stores...No Results! Any help is much appreciated! EG Google Search "threaded adapter" *boards won't let repost links :(

If for plumbing, any decent hardware shop (not B&Q etc probably) would have.
If for a bolt, maybe a helicoil, more in an engineering supply place.
