Switching to eir broadband and cancelling current supplier.

    I'm in the process of switching to eir broadband and am wondering if I have to contact my current supplier re. cancellation or will eir look after that? Also will my service be uninterupted during the changeover?

    Hi Pauliedragon,

    Usually we would make this as effortless as possible and enure that the service is uninterrupted however I would always recommend contacting eir first and based on what supplier you are with our team will inform you whether or not it is necessary to contact them.
