4 weeks with no Internet

    Something happened my Eir account that caused my Internet to stop.  When I contacted Eir they said that there was a problem with my account and I need to cancel my existing account and then create a new account.  They still haven't told me a reason why I need to do this.

    Now, today 15th Sept 2018, an engineer called out but only to re-connect my landline.  My fibre to the house is still not working.

    Can someone check on my account and let me know what has happened my account and when will I get Internet access again.  I have been paying for services that I'm not receiving.

    I have been 4 weeks and counting without Internet access!

    I have tried calling every other day over the last 4 weeks and no progress.  I have called 3 times today and every single time the line goes dead whether or not I even talk to someone.
