The UK born daughter (A) of a Uk born woman (B)who in turn has an Irish born parent (C)
( so (C) is grandparent of (A)) wishes to be entered on the Foreign Birth Register.
    (C) is deceased.
What does she need to do?
    Thank you

Gach eolas anseo. There's even a section specifically adddressing what you need if you are registering on the basis of an Irish grandparent.

Do you know what? I looked at that 3 times and I couldn’t see what to do if the grandparent is deceased . Now of course I see that a death cert will suffice. Thanks!
