    Anyone know where I could do a one day beginners course on Excel in Clare??

    How beginners do you mean and do you want 1-2-1 or class room? If it's beginner beginner you'd probably be best placed to do the ECDL or even just the Excel module of it. There's an awful lot of great online training videos on Excel available and I find for most people it's just practise that's needed to use Excel
