People who think they have a high number will downplay and people who think they have a low number will add.

It's like online dating... Everyone is only on the website two weeks and at best, has only had one date with someone. Lol. No one ever admits to the countless one night stands.

I'd safely say well over 150 - Im 35 now, but remember my first std test (no issue just get one every year) I was about 24/25 and had named 72 people on a piece of paper, named! I then started writing down one night stands and labelling them - "back of langtons, carpark in superquinn etc and was actually a little shocked as I neared the 100. There are also countless i'd forgotten about.

So since then i promised myself, i'd never count them again!

It could be 200 or more, but at least 150 - im not bragging, there was plenty of regrets in there and some truly fúcking awful decisions on my part, but sure we all have them i suppose.

I would say the actual average is pretty low. Once you get to a certain age and you're not out twice/three times a week, most people are either in a relationship, or aren't half as bothered.

These days I usually keep it to relationships, so I can't see my number skyrocketing between now and the great white light.

Nah I've no interest in seeing an escort, I find the concept of having sex with someone who (likely) has no physical attraction to me and secretly can't wait for it to be all over offputting, it feels cold. I mean what's the point?

It depends on how much being a virgin hinders you psychologically. If meaningless sex can help your mental health even slightly, it's definitely worth it.
