Is there a way to find which solicitor represents/acts for a company?

If you check the CRO filings they might have the name of the firm

Thanks, but they do not seem to have it.

Then no- no way to find out.

You can also check the High Court search function to see who is representing them in any litigation

Generally not. Even if you find out that Messrs Sue, Grabbit and Run act for them in relation to X matter, it does not follow that they will instruct the same firm in relation to Y matter.

In general, you don't deal with someone's solicitors unless and until that someone tells you to (in which case they will nominate the solicitor they want to you to deal with) or unless and until the solicitors concerned contact you and say that they have been instructed to act in the matter.
