What's this about? Is it ok? Never seen a cookie message like this. Hmmm, the photo I wanted to attach isn't showing. Does it have to be approved first?

Got the link at last, just happened again. Same as before, a link to eBay in the f&f forum.
Happens in both links.
Is it legit?
