Hi there Ive seen a post advertised for a Process Server with a legal firm. Can anyone give me more of an insight to this role please? For example at interview stage what would I be expected to know, atm I've no experience in legal sector. Thank you very much.

What the rules of the various courts are regarding the service of court documents. How to effect valid service and how to prove afterwards valid service was effected.
