I've tried following instructions below on how to either disable or uninstall Windows Update Assistant.
    https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/how-to-stop-windows-10-update/#a1

To disable I have opened Task Scheduler and then opened Windows>UpdateOrchestrator in the left pane

However there is no Update Assistant in the right pane. There is a Triggers tab but when I try to disable them I get a message saying "The user account you are operating under does not have permission to disable this task".

I am logged in from my Administrator account.

    Can anyone help
    Thanks

Can anyone help with this. I depend on tethering my phone's data for Internet and need to remove Update Assistant cos it eats up the data.

Regards permissions error - right click on "Task Scheduler" and select Run as Administrator
