Guys have a question for anyone here got a verdict that went against me in wrc but in the report it's totally one sided and yet the questions the adjudicator put to to the other side are not mentioned in his report which proved that there actions of the employer were of a discrimation matter. One question the other side was asked was about mistakes and they tried to play it down but it then put by the adjudicator that I disagree and should of being given the chance to see the mistakes as to learn from them. There a was other questions he asked but his own report has no mention of these. What people views or advice

You can appeal it to the Labour Court within 42 days.

Also I confused as why that his questions are not part of his own report and there was no note taker

When you say report I think you mean decision, there is no need for the adjudication officer to detail every question/statement/opinion etc, just to give his/her decision. How they format that decision is entirely up to them and each officer has their own style.

You may need to re-amend nuac, the LRC was disbanded several years ago and is now the WRC.

Some do, some don't, most decisions are upheld though.
