do i need to do anything else

    selling an old i3 laptop with windows 7 on it, i took personal photos and videos of it and deleting history,passwords and so on,

    is that all i need to do

    Do a factory reset to out of box setup.

    It'll leave it the way you got it first. Just Windows and pre-installed programs installed.

    I'd advise doing a secure wipe of the free space and swap file using a utility like eraser or ccleaner to prevent anything you have deleted being undeleted or recovered.
