Am I being unfair to him

Hi, I recently met a guy I used to work with on a night out. He asked me out on a date and I said yes, then we kissed.

I always thought he was good looking but I never felt a “spark” or whatever you’d call it. Anyway after two dates I knew my feelings hadn’t changed.

I hadn’t had sex in almost a year and so I told him all I wanted was some fun - which he said he was OK with. Since then I have met him once and we had sex.

My question is, am I using him? I don’t really know how he feels about the whole situation. I tend over overthink things in general and maybe a no strings situation doesn’t suit me or something... but I enjoy the sex.

I know some lads joke that a no strings situation is “every mans dream” or whatever, but in all seriousness... if I don’t want him in a relationship way is it arrogant of me to assume he is ok with this?

It'd be more arrogant to assume he isn't.

You've told him what you want (or don't want, as the case may be) and he has chosen to stick around. I don't see the issue here?

Second date and you are in the sack with him. You say you only want fun and you are getting it. Are you thinking too much about this? Keep having fun and you willnever know how it might work out.

You asked if he's ok with it and he said yes. Seems quite clear to me.

Ok I think my real problem is overthinking everything - thanks!

Just enjoy it. You never know what could happen but if you still don't feel anything and he tries to make it more serious be honest again with him.

I think 99.9% of guys would be perfectly happy with that situation.
    Don't worry about it.
