You probably should let people know the bit you spoilered is in season 3 and not on Netflix.
Apologies if I spoilered it for you. Edited the post.

Onto season 2 of Ozark, 2 episodes a night this week, really liking it. Saving season 3 of the detectorists for next weekends viewing, it's nice to have something to look foward to!

Just for those who don't know, It's not on Irish Netflix yet, though I know it's not difficult to find from other sources.

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.

It’s relatively well known and not new but try out The Good Place if you haven’t already. It’s one of the best modern American comedies, and perfectly bite sized for binging.

Just started Season 1 based on this thread's recommendations, and for anyone else thinking of watching it, it says 'This season is available until September 30th'

Justin Timberlake is amazing in Ozark :pac:

    Watched Ghoul.

Quite a strange one. Three parts at 45 minutes and felt like this could have been condensed to a 90 minute movie.

    Whole thing boiled down to
    being an Indian The Thing.

Gonna give Ozark a look soon when I finish The Punisher. Started watching The Punisher yesterday. It's certainly got plenty of violence in it and is keeping my interest so far.

Watch that and if you ever get arrested in the US you will shut up and lawyer up. Even if you were only jay walking.

I watched this a couple of months ago. It's a really good and Madison Wolfe is brilliant as the central character but we had a kid going through a bit of existential dread in terms of worrying about death and people dying at the time and it probably was the last film I should have put on.

Managed to see Phobia 2 a couple of years ago and its worth a watch. A solid anthology series with some genuinely unsettling stories.

Only the Brave is definitely worth a watch as well with a great ensemble cast and some fantastic cinematography. Josh Brolin is brilliant as the leader of the Granite Mountain Hot Shots.

I'm almost finished The Punisher. I'm pleasantly surprised. Better than I thought it would be. Plenty of violence and gore.

I had no idea it was a true story when I saw it a few months back. Was fully expecting them all to survive, so the ending had extra punch given my expectations!

Really good movie, surprised it flew under the radar so much over here. Top notch cast too.

Also, tried watching The Good Place but just can't stomach Kristen Bell. I find her incredibly annoying in it. My skin crawls any time she "curses" in it.

Isn't the joke that you can't curse in the "good place"?

I think it's best watching that movie with no idea of what it's about.

She is supposed to be annoying, that is part of why she is there :)
It does drift away from her a bit though and the other characters grow.

It is, but I just find her very cringey and not at all funny. Not quiet "2 Broke Girls" unfunny, but not far off it.

I did like Ted Danson from what I did watch, and the neighbour with the British accent was quite funny too, but Bell was unwatchable for me.

    Are your forking serious?!?!
    :)
I would stick with it, fantastic show series 2 is even better.

Janet and Tahani are brilliantly funny.

Do you need to have seen season 1 of Unforgotten to follow season 2, or can it be watched as a standalone series?
