Hi just a quick question.

What are the legalities on audio recoding on a business premises without the staff knowing its there.?

I believe it is legal if you are there and you participate in the conversation.

And it is illegal if you record people without you being there as no one gave consent to it.

As far as I know.

Perhaps a bit up in the air since GDPR, any audio recording could/would be personal data, and they would need your consent to store it.
