Emma's questions are to the point.

Makes a change she's normally very friendly with the house mates but you can tell by her tone and expressions that she snot buying this "apology".

She's cutting off Roxanne a lot too to stop her spouting BS.

Fair play Emma, didn't think she had it in her to do a more serious interview.
