    I think Firmino will tip away nicely for the season

    Ive activated the wildcard and the 1st order of business was Tomkins to AWB and Hudson Odoi to Billing.

    Need a better 4.5 ish mid, please advise!!

    He is 9.5 ml
    Tipping away isn't really enough when there are so many cheaper options also going to tip away meaning you don't have to scrape the barrell for ****e 4.5 ml midfielders
    It's a different game now imo .......

    I'm tempted do Mitro to Ings, even if it is just for one week. I've had Mitro for two weeks and he's given 21 points and a bankable price rise, a very good return but I think I got the best out of him. Could end up reversing it a week later so I'll be keeping a close watch on prices. If not, I might bring in a Bournemouth striker as they have a good run coming up.

    Madness. City are conceding every week I wouldn't be selling Mitro at all

    Thinking of swapping out Zaha for Ings. Nice chunk of money to be freed up

    Best 4.5 midfielder? Hojbjerg? Biling? Gunnarsson?

    Just on ings I'm fairly sure he can't play gw6 against Liverpool as he is on loan.

    Maddison is firmly on my radar
    Will hopefully still bank and bring him in the week after for either Pedro (most likely ) or Townsend (would like to give him a few weeks )

    Agree - when Vardy is back too it might even boost the potential for assist points.

    Looking at something like Fraser in for Bilva. Will see how Zaha is first.

    Yeah I've benched him the past 2 games as I didn't expect them to score enough without Vardy. Looking forward to seeing how his form goes with a proper striker

    I got rid of Maddison with my wildcard.

    I was also benching him and 6.5m is too much to be sitting on the bench imo.

    Great player but couldn't afford him. Will see how he does over the next few weeks.

    Think I'll be getting my mikky out after hearing that team news.

    Micky out Maddison or Fraser in. Too risky having both Micky and Pedro in the team.

    Why Zaha out?

    Barring injuries
    Might move David Silva on to build up Kane funds
    or Stephens (4.5 MF version) if he doesn't drop in price.

    Maybe....... Maybe not ;)

    Team value 101.3m. if I play my wild card this week how does that effect team value? Should I activate wild card tonight or wait until later in the week?

    Milner is tempting me... Do we think he'll be subject to much rotation when the CL kicks off?

    I assume peltier to Bennett tonight ahead of potential price drops/increases is madness for a FT ahead of an international break?

    Of course he will. But if bringing out Salah or Mane then he is the perfect safeguard. I see a lot of teams with 5.5m midfielders and he fits the bill perfectly

    The sale price depends on what prices your players were brought in at. If you click on "list view" at the top of your team display instead of pitch view in the transfers page, the players on your team are listed with purchase price, sale price and current price. For example Alonso current price might be 6.7m, the sale price could be 6.6m and the purchase price might be 6.5m. I think your team value goes off the current price but if you are changing the player out of your team you only get the sale price. This means in wild carding you might not get the full 101.3m as if you swapped out Alonso he would not get you 6.7m to buy a replacement but 6.6m.
    If you are buying in players who are going up in value it might be best to transfer them in before they go up in value. Got caught with this in free hit option last year by buying in Sane at start of gameweek when I should have gone for Dave Silva and price changes during the weeks stopped me for going for the choice I would have made at the start of the week.

    Just gone Salah to Hazard myself as I reckon Hazard will get more expensive and already have Mane for Liverpool cover. Now watch Salah get a hat trick against Spurs.

    WC activated.

    Cook -> Shaw
    Salah -> Hazard
    Jota -> Mane
    Firmino -> Mitrovic

    1.1 in bank

    Might have to cut Mkhi (I'd say there will be lots of others doing circumcisions too!). I bought him for 7 so currently sitting on a 0.1 profit, will I keep that if his price drops to 7.1?

    Maddison is the main guy catching my eye, might make the change soon enough as less chance of him getting injured in the international window.

    My 3 transfers in so far this season look like costing me a wildcard
    Bilva --> ?
    Walcott --> ?
    Miki --> ?

    If I do wildcard then
    Bailly to go
    Miliojevic to go
    Zaha maybe

    Actually, it's definitely wildcard time. Currently 250k. My captain choice has carried this sorry bunch (with the exception of Zaha) a bit too much.

    No you won’t
    And that will be a popular transfer .........
    However another of your players could get injured over int break that may take priority over miki so I’d wait
    Price drops will slow in a few days anyway
    Always do

    Thanks. If I keep the 0.1 for the first drop then I can wait before getting rid of Mkhi. Will have to keep a close eye on Maddison though, he will rise soon and I want in on that.
