How long to get a paper bill?

    I called customer last week to have a paper bill. As I cannot access "my eir" account online, I want at least one paper version with the correct address (as their Complaint department seems to complain about the address I gave them). I rang them Monday last week and they said they would send it. 

    7 working days later, no sign of it. Is it a normal delay?
