put the .dm3 file in...

d:\quake3\base3q\demos

Then u can select the demo you want to watch from the games main menu.

If the demo isnt a Vanilla Q3 demo, then you have to put it in the folder for the mod

e.g : d:\quake3\promode\demos ... if its a Pro-Mode demo
