Best price for slab of Heini?

Anyone know if a slab of hop house is a thing?

I’ll be at dunnes later so will update if I see anything.

Never seen a slab of Hophouse and lord knows I’ve looked. Just delighted it’s finally in cans so I can bring some to EP.

You’ll be twisted around a tree after a few of those.

I can't imagine it's great with that percentage and for that price. I think Aldi do some knock off Carlsberg thing for less than a Euro a can. Never tasted it so not sure how poisonous it is.

Tesco have brewdog 4 for 10 quid. Good few craft offers along those lines around.

4 for 7 and 8 in Dunne’s. Dead pint, punk and elvis

Shout out to everyone on here. Friend just been let down for a ticket. She is due to come with us with another friend but neither will travel if they both can't.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Time to start stocking up on cans! Anyone seen some good deals, beer or cider?

Not sure if you can get your hands on a Musgraves card, but they are doing Heineken and Carlsberg - 24 cans for 25euro. That is where I will be heading this week. :D

Looking for a few cans of cheap cider too....is the aldi/lidl stuff muck or not?

It’s actually a pretty deacent craft cider, medium dry, only a 330ml can but for 99c can’t complain.
They also do a hopped cider but it’s a lower ABV, nice though.

Does Eco allow you in before Friday?
Yeah, it was a bit chaotic when we got there on the Thursday last year but they let us in no sweat.

Has anything been announced for Thursday evening yet? I know there was comedy last year but haven't heard if that's happening again.

Ah sure you could get 40 Galahad for that

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,341 ✭✭✭✭MadYaker

The craft beers have ruined me in the last few years. I used to have no problem drinking galahad and tesco lager and dutch gold but I just can't do it any more. Cheap cider is still fine though. I'm bringing a few 4 packs of druids some craft ales in cans and some vodka.

You could, and you won’t be worrying about clashes when you’re in a portaloo for the weekend.

I’d love to bring some sours for the breakfast, but I’d get an awful time if I did.

Dunnes are doing a Carlsberg slab for 28.

Few flasks of nice whiskey, my slab and some wanker craft beer will set me up for the weekend!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,098 ✭✭✭Poorside

I’m thinking we organise a meet up and find each other by looking for cans of wanker craft beer.

I'm sure people have, but they're sadly no longer with us

I wouldn't.. it might crack the can when it expands.

But it might not, stick one in a plastic bag and pop in the freezer to test.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,528 ✭✭✭fourmations

well.... i have left them in the freezer a bit too long when aggressively cooling warm cans and they've turned to slush and recovered, no sure if they'd go solid or go horrible if i left them overnight say
ill try a few and report back

Is there anywhere that it says you can’t bring mini kegs? Koppaberg do mini kegs.
