Can someone please explain the 'double betting' scam better than cass and ray did ?

I believe this is what they were referring to :

Didn’t Kerri-Ann break up with Mondo because he stole her nanas engagement ring from her bag and sold it. She must’ve had a family at one stage or maybe that was lies too. Then again the writers have probably just forgotten that storyline.

That might come up again now, if the writers remember it!

I was thinking this myself. She packs more than Michael Palin.

At least this time it showed her putting something in there. Looked light as a feather when Ray was moving her out of Decco’s.

I think it's gas the way they always pack in the sitting room. I don't know about you but I always pack in my bedroom where all of my clothes are!

Who was the mother or aunt who visited her previously

Jenny Dixon who plays KA was a secondary school teacher

I can't remember anyone visiting her. Charlotte said that the woman she had told them was her aunt was someone who had fostered her and was furious that Kerri-Ann had brought her into all this.

The walls must be paper thin to hear them talking.

If it's a celtic tiger apartment then paper thin would be one of the high end ones.

It's disgusting to not take up the layers of make up at night.

Why are they eating lunch in the smoking area when they don't smoke? All the dirty ashtrays on tables are annoying. Are they necessary?

That's what you find in smoking areas.

I know that. But none of them seem to smoke. Except Carol.

You usually can't fart in Carrigstown without three quarters of the locals appearing to comment, yet Juliet and Cian have a full on snog in a busy restaurant and the only person who sees it is Alex..

I was kinda laughing to myself last night, the young lad playing Alex is leagues ahead of Jenny Dixon, he can actually deliver a line. Let's face it, the acting on FC was always a bit rubbish but Dixon is an embarrassment and to be persisting with somebody so bad and giving them not one, not two but three major storylines over a few months is a bit mental.

God knows, I'm no fan of Kerrie-Anne, but if I had the likes of Charlah & Sash in my face morning noon & night like she has, I'd prolly turn into a murdering psycho as well.

It's the bally ballyness of it that makes it all seem so bally bally.

It doesn't help that they've given a murder storyline to a most unsuitable character : a ditsy, New Age type into meditation and energy healing and incense candles. It's a bit of a jump the shark plot, there's not a chance a harmless airhead like Kerri-Ann would be a cold blooded killer.

Sash and Charlotte can't seem to go anywhere without each other, they've been joined at the hip for the last few weeks..

Decco seems to have a strange set of morals....

"Kerri-Ann, I know you played the ould 'hide the sausage' game with Mondo, but since both of you were fully dressed, at least it was protected sex, so I suppose I can cope with that.
A few weeks later, you actually murdered a woman with a Lidl screwdriver, then denied the crime for weeks. That was a horrific enough, but at least it was a very cute little screwdriver, so I forgive you for that, and it didn't make me love you any less.
To do 'the bould thing' with my best friend, and then later to stab a girl out of pure jealousy , well, that wasn't good, but I suppose I'll eventually get over it.
No, the thing that really pisses me off, and makes me feel embarrassed, is that you... you... you were reared by a foster mother. OMG?! Imagine! Brought up by a foster family! Oh, the shame of it!
Well, Kerri-Ann, that finishes anything we might have had between us.
In the name of God, go! Go, and never darken my sheets again. "

Ray must be a undiscovered genius. In the space of one week, he could change seamlessly from being a motor mechanic to managing a bookmakers shop.
Only last week he was changing oil filters, welding exhausts, fitting gearboxes and timing chains, this week he has mastered the art of office management, difficult spreadsheet mathematics and the intricacies of gambling protocols.
Truly, a man of hidden talents.

And speaking of genius, how the hell did Decco manage to get his phone to play back, in the pub, sound and vision from a baby monitor? Is the technology even there there to do that yet?
And why hasn't Bill Gates figured out how to convert infant gurgling and windy hiccups to SurroundSound and Cinema's cope, capable of playback from a common Woodies baby monitor to a Samsung mobile? Yet Decco managed it in a few hours?!
As always, Fair City leads the world in ground-breaking computer technology. And the art of making the seemingly impossible just an everyday occurrence.
Sure who could afford to miss an episode?
