    Its a gearbox + clutch out job, might as well throw a new clutch into it as its in your hand.

    The question is, whats the car worth to you?

    I'd second getting the clutch done. It's a lot cheaper to get it done while everything else is out, even if it doesn't need replacing yet, than to have to take everything off again when it does.
