Death Cert Former Residence

If a person died in an acute hospital and they had been living in a psychiatric hospital long-term, do they list the psychiatric hospital as their former residence on the death certificate or is it the former address that they were living at before going into care if they still own the house?

former residence is usually where they lived before nursing home/ hospital
