Impact of ODCE decision

Some high level advice required.

Short story:

ODCE recently wrote to Shareholder & sole Director (wife of shareholder) of company requesting them to both accept disqualification. Director accepted immediately. Couple of questions:

Without a director, can the company engage in any business?

Shareholder now suggesting an EGM later this month. Can that take place with no director?

There are a few serious letters outstanding in the company's name from Revenue. If the company does not exist, who will/can Revenue chase...former director/secretary/shareholder?
