BMW e90 stem seals replacement

My e90 is puffing blueish smoke after an idle, 318i and all signs are pointing to valve stem seal replacement. Seems to be a common problem. I was wondering if anyone knows of any specialist mechanics that can do this repair without removing the head? I saw one in the UK uses a special tool, but can't seem to find any info…
