Iphone 6 text keyboard problem

    Hi All,

    We have a iphone 6 and the QWERTY keyboard when texting for example is dead on the left hand side only.
    Is this a software glitch or new screen time?
    We removed the screen protector just in case, still no joy.
    Any advise would be much appreciated.

    Does the same thing happen when you flip the phone and use it in landscape mode? Do apps/icons on your home screen in that position work normally?

    Hi,
    You can use the keys on the left hand side when you type in landscape mode but the space key doesn’t work then, indicating that the left have side the screen doesn’t work.
