Help with legal aid form

Hello I'm helping someone fill in a legal aid form. It's for family law/divorce so that box will be ticked. Theres a question: Is there another person or organisation involved? Tick box yes or no. Considering the form is being filled out for divorce, does the yes box get ticked here because there's a spouse?
