Permanent Transfer wanted- DCC

I am currently on the transfer list, but I'm in the hundreds so it'll be a good 10years before I'm offered anything ....and that's wishful thinking! My children (i have 3)and myself aren't happy living here. Currently living in flats in D8. The area itself is fine, but I think the location would best suit a person/persons…

Can anyone advise what other options I could avail of as I don't seem to be getting any help from the DCC officers.....

(Also, I work part time and cannot get a mortgage because my income is low.)
