Pin and reg mismatch

    Looking for a bit of help here.

    I'm trying to tax my recently purchased octavia and each time I login I'm getting a pin and reg mismatch error. We got the log book yesterday. Is there any other way to pay the tax online.

    Just click "Forgot Your PIN?"
    I will ask for your personal details and as long as you enter everything correctly (same as log book) it will email you the PIN instantly.

    (I do this every time I have to pay tax)
