Passing NCT with no rear seats

Hi all, Is it possible to pass an NCT with the rear seats removed? I've always thought it's possible if you remove the seat belts for them as well but I'd like to know for sure. Thanks.

isn't specifically mention this other than "number of seats".

I'd go for it anyway and if they complain, put seats back and go for a free visual re-test

No issue at all on any we have had tested, pass advisory was all noted not present for testing
