Ate out tonight. A lovely Indian with Mrs G. A bottle of wine to wash it down. Monday nights are perfect.:D It's summer time so why not. Mixed meat Tandoori platter to start, nice salad with it. Mrs G. went with Chicken Tikka Massala for mains and I had the lamb madras. Pilau rice everywhere. Totally unplanned but great!

Scrambled eggs with spinach and chorizo and some rice cakes. They were marmite flavoured  Only discovered that when I got home, sulked my way through them as I've nothing else in the house. Bloody marmite

Poached eggs, farmhouse bread. Ran out of butter so I used some of that squeezy "guacamole" on the bread. Big glass of lemon.

    Omg would love an eclair.

Dinner was lentil lasagne, garlicky potato gratin and broccoli roasted in balsamic and a sprinkle of hard cheese (like parmasen but not actual parmasen). Small drop of Shiraz from one of my new glasses. They're huge. I love red wine from a huge glass!

Aldis Smokey bbq ribs with frozen chips, fried mushrooms, baby corn, diced peppers and tomato with a dash of soy sauce, and coleslaw on the side. Not exactly a home cooked meal but hey!

The ribs were lovely but the sauce a bit too sweet, guess that’s bbq sauce in general.

On the rare occasion that I only had to fend for myself I followed my tastebuds which lead to a glass of wine with lidl salt and chili ribs and juicy watermelon. Delicious
