I'm looking for some advice from anyone who has been through this. I lodged a maintenance order and didn't feel I needed or could afford legal representation. My ex has a solicitor but I feel as though they are bullying me because I don't have one. Anyway his solicitor had the hearing adjourned because he wasn't happy with my statement of means. Now I've received a letter from his solicitor looking for receipts for uniforms, bank statements, credit union statements, full disclosure of domicilary allowance, child care receipts, occupational therapy receipts etc. My question is, do I have to give them to the solicitor or can I refuse and give them to the court. I did sign an affidavit. Thanks
