I would say halkeye and some time wasting was reason for extra seconds

Yes, the Galway keeper took an eternity with one of his puck outs at the end, waited for a member of the Galway coaching team to run around and tell him where to put it.

3pm would cover off any extra time after the replay.

    This too shall pass.

Camogie is on Saturday on RTE actually, so will they shift that off? Imagine they might need to make this game at like 2.30 to finish before they start

It has to be on Sunday
    They'll hardly go to Thurles?

Its been the greatest championship ive ever witnessed in terms of excitement and drama even if we were knocked out early. Its just been humdinger after humdinger and we could see another cracker tomorrow.

The Super 1 plus guests by comparison has been abysmal barring the Monaghan v Kerry drama last week.

    That was some game!

Or at least use News Now. They did that for the World Cup when there was a clash in the final group games?

Gway back to the soccer forum will ya

A United fan like him (and like myself) should embrace those extra "Fergie time" seconds!

62 scores. Ya'd hardly see that in the whole premiership season.

I think today proved finally that Galway have been hyped beyond their actual capacity. It can sometimes happen teams that beat Kilkenny as Kilkenny themselves are usually assumed to be better than they are. Galway are highly vulnerable even if they do manage to squeeze past Clare. Cork's All Ireland to lose.

    There's camogie there next Saturday.

Cork must play Limerick first and win before they can talk of All Ireland's. I think Clare have this All Ireland in the bag.

In terms of sheer entertainment, it certainly has to be up there among the best and you couldnt say it has lacked for quality at times either. Already well in credit for the summer whatever happens from now I reckon. Pity they didnt get the format quite right, but would love them to admit their error and fix it for next year.

Can limerick put one over on this average ‘langer’ side like Waterford did at last years semi......what new players have they unearthed in the past year...? Or have limerick ‘shoot their load’ for the season with their victory over kk.....?

Replay in Thurles at 2pm next Sunday

It's always funny to watch the insecurity of hurling fans. Just on this page alone it's better than the Gaelic Football and has more scores than the premiership (of course you will as it's far easier to score). Why not be secure enough in your own skin to just enjoy the game for its own sake and not be constantly looking around for validation?

agree Cork are very average and havent a hope tomorrow. they should not bother turning up. Nice and handy for Limerick tomorrow.

Cork must beat Limerick before talking of All Irelands but Clare have it in the bag? Do Clare not have to beat Galway? Or is there a different rule for Cork?
