Suction control valve 07 L300

Have a 07 L200 which has gone dead of itself.
Symptoms appear to be suction control valve issue.
See some for sale on eBay for €80ish
Has anyone experience of changing a suction control valve & if so is there anything to look out for

Would make sure the valve you get is a Denso one, the spurious ones are hit and miss.

I had the same issue with a 2.0 D4D engine, replaced them with Denso parts from this company, quick service, no complaints

unless you know which valve is giving trouble you are as well to change the 2 of them!

No bother in changing them, loosen 2 allen head bolts on each, get a flat screwdriver in between the valve and pump and lever out, lube o rings on new valves, push in and tighten (take note not to mix up colour of valves!!)

There is only one valve fitted to the Mitsubishi L200 2.5 pump.

You could try one of the Denso Diesel Centres in Ireland instead of going to the UK and having to pay for postage on top of that.

Diesel Engineering Services in Cavan or Diesel Injection Services in Tipperary are both Denso agents.
