My mom who’s got schizophrenia and dimensia and who takes regular medications. One day I got a call about a half an hour away from her home that they had sent the wrong medication and she had taken it . She was ill that day and a doctor called . I called to the pharmacy and the pharmacist didn’t even call the doctor for her . Which I thought was disgraceful maybe he didn’t know her medical problems but I don’t know . I’m sueing but I’m wondering what would be a financial settlement and should I accept the first offer thanks
